Martin, Browne, Hull & Harper, P.L.L., has several attorneys who have considerable practical experience in various aspects of environmental law, representing corporations, businesses and local governmental agencies in a range of environmental matters throughout Ohio and the nation.
Our attorneys have worked with Ohio, federal and local regulatory and enforcement officials, in connection with environmental compliance audits, underground storage tank removal, Superfund cases in several jurisdictions, regulatory matters, and all aspects of commercial real estate and development transactions. We have assisted clients with wetlands permitting, RCRA generator compliance, PRP representation in Superfund cases, and several aspects of toxic tort and environmental litigation.
We have also coordinated Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and compliance audits for several clients, and we maintain a close working relationship with two Ohio companies which specialize in environmental sampling, analysis and reporting. We are experienced in assessing “Brownfields” projects, and qualification for Ohio’s Voluntary Action Program (VAP) in connection with the restoration of unused industrial facilities.
Our clients include manufacturers, utilities, contractors, hospitals, banks, associations and individuals. Our practice includes air, water, solid and hazardous waste and radioactive material regulation by federal, state and local governments in several states.
