Corporate & Business Planning

Our Corporate & Tax Practice group provides general corporate and business counseling to small and mid-size companies. Our business clients range from start-up entrepreneurs to mature companies with numerous shareholders and include manufacturers and service providers. We assist these clients with entity creation (as a corporation or a limited liability company), the drafting and review of various types of contracts, intellectual property issues, compensation arrangements, acquisitions and dispositions, and the transition of ownership of family-owned businesses. The Corporate & Tax Practice group works closely with our Employment Law and Real Estate groups to provide a full range of services to our business clients.
